Question Kinetix Plenum seal problem...help!

I just got a kinetix plenum and I am having trouble making a seal. I tried a new gasket and the car would barely start. So I tried to use RTV to make the seal and it was better but there is still a slow leak and the idle is up and down and it slowly bogs to a stall.

Any ideas on what the problem might be? I was thinking the plenum is wharfed because it didn't work with a brand new gasket and I made sure to do a good job with the RTV.

Any info would be a great help.

Thanks,
Nick

What your problem sounds like is one of your vacuum hoses is pinched or has a hole in it. Check those before you do anything else.
