You'll have to do a little research on the pros and cons of each and see which you prefer. As of now, there seems to be more twin turbo installs on the HR.

If you are going with FI, you probably won't need a programmer.

 

There are some tuning options. The threshold for FI dollarwise is like 6500 for Stillens supercharger and goes up from there.

I just picked a cobb tuner, long tube headers, and a cold air intake. All for less than $800. Here's hoping for the best.
