Yeap same situation as others, when cold, shifting is ok in paddle and stick.
After warming up 15 to 20 mins, stick not working , paddles ok.

Need pricing for these parts:

34950m - shift lock solenoid (will try this first ). The 370z price is around $83 bucks.

if not lucky then 34902 - device assy, price on a 370z part is $295.00.

^ thats sad.... how many miles? If the paddles are working then it has to one of those parts hopefully you will get it working with just the solenoid!

 

This happened to my G, it was the micro-switch on the shifter. It wouldn't switch into DS about every fourth start, and this fixed it completely.
