If you do it you will be just as happy as I am, Definitely a worth while solution to the $1200+ for the other cat back option we have, About have as much and sounds as good,
+ IMO looks better the mufflers are hiding pretty well under the bump and the tips fill in the cuts outs very nicely.

I think so the mufflers are stainless and the pipes are aluminaized, All the welds where coated to prevent rust. I would guess 4-5 years anyway. But I also wash my car every two weeks..

I don't know why so many people are hating on the idea to build your own custom exhaust vs shelling out close to double on a premade system. I am now heavily considering this route as well because I like the look of the tips and not big oval mufflers hanging out under the car...ANMVQ has been a big help through PM on answering my questions in making something very similar to this, THANKS!!

I just can't decide if I should go with 2.25" or 2.5" piping. I see that many owners have used the 11385 X-pipe (and I believe it is used on the FI exhaust) Downside to bigger pipe?? Also wondering what resonators will eliminate rasp and still keep it somewhat loud but not obnoxious.

I feel that a quality shop that does custom exhaust will do a nice job on welds and making sure the system will hold up, but hell I only keep my cars 2 years max so I wouldnt know!!
