Rough idle? Or exhaust?

I have been getting this vibration throughout the car when sitting at a stop sign..when i go to take off..the vibration gets worse but for only a quick second and then its gone at 1000 RPM and above until i stop again..idle stays the same and doesn't fluctuate at all.

When i had it sitting in the driveway when i could feel and hear the vibration sitting still..i got out and listened to the engine...no sound from there but when i walked to the back of the car..my exhaust note was different and almost sounded like it did in the cabin. Now i think its my exhaust rubbing at 800-1000 RPM somewhere underneath

well if your RPMs aren't fluctuating then it sounds like it could be the exhaust rubbing...is it aftermarket?

My car has just started to exhibit the same exact problem - the only change I have made recently is had a new transmission put in. I originally thought they might have had the torque converter balanced incorrectly - but disconnecting the torque converter didn't get rid of the vibration. I finally narrowed it down to my exhaust - since if I put a jack underneath it and put some pressure on it the vibration stops. The weird thing is the exhaust was never removed to drop the tranny - so I am not sure why all of a sudden it is vibrating.

Did you ever solve this?

My car kind of does this also, but I have not tried to troubleshoot it. From what i read, it sounded like I need to clean my throttle bodies to help fix this, a problem many others had. I'm not sure if this is the same problem you are having or not.

Interested to know what you find out.

I'll have to find the time to clean my throttle body and do an ECU reset and see if that helps me out. I will post an update here once done.

I'm sorry, but that just hasn't been my experience at all.

I should have specified "first gens"

You have an 07 - much more refined. The 03-04 interiors aren't quiet up to par.
