Thinking of buying Invidia HFC! Any thoughts????

1. Thinking of buying Invidia HFC! Any thoughts on those? I already got ARK GRIP exhaust and R2C intakes. So far love the sound and tone that I have.

2. Wanted to get Fast intertions HFC but I'm getting a good deal on Invidia.

3. Any Feedback guys? what you all think???

4. Also Does the 200-300 cells in those make a big difference in loadness????? I would prefer the quietest HFC for my set up if possible. The Invidia has 200 cells in their set up.

I saw those posted on myg37. FYI there was a member here on driver with his Invidia HFC's that blew out just after few months of use. Maybe he just got unlucky who knows?! Depending on how good of a deal you are getting, I would try them out.

Just to let you know, ARK + HFC = Loud as fuq

^^^ hahaha yeah I've read some people saying that ARK GRIP is too loud! I disagree. It is actually a pretty quite exhaust once it's broken in. Inside the cabin it's not too loud at all, outside is definitely louder.
When I'm driving at steady speeds the exhaust is quite enough that I had people easily sleeping in the back seat. It's just whenever you give it some gas it becomes very alive ...

So I was hoping that the HFC can give the exhaust a more deep tone. Just don't know how loader the HFC really sound. Does the 200-300 cells in those make a big difference in loadness?????

I was actually the first to run the ARK set up on our sedan (I had the prototype). I know exhaust loudness is pretty subjective but after a while, I could not live with all the droning at cruising speeds on local streets. It sounded pretty good after around 2600 rpm and up especially on the fwy. But I do a lot of street driving and the droning just got obnoxious after a while. I couldn't even install my BERK hfc's cuz they were so loud with just the exhaust alone. Either way, I am now running the Fast Intentions again now, and I am so much happier with the FI set up especially with the new x-pipe.

I honestly think your ARK + Invidia hfc will be slightly louder than any 300cel hfc's. Post some clips if you get this. I wanna hear it!

^^ haha lol!!

anyway J2S2M so you actually got tired of the ARK huh? I actually know it got quieter on me, and I want the sound to come back lol. Whenever you install it brand new, when it's not broken in I loved it! Right now I still love it but it lost a little bit of that mean deep tone. The exhaust is sooo nice I still roll my windows down from time to time in 30 degree temp just to hear it sound, cause in the cabin you can't hear it lol!

Overall it is not a load exhaust at all. I've heard some loud exhausts before and this one by far the best sounding and one of the best looking too!

I dunno I'm not the biggest fan of their exhaust. Fitment sucked (Hangs lower on the right side) plus the finish and welding are subpar. IMO you can get much better for what you pay for the ARK. Invidia is much cheaper but far better than ARK if you ask me. But as long as you are happy with it, that's all that matters man. Did you end up picking up the HFC's?

No still debating which HFC should I go with! I was doing a research to find out who makes the best HFC. I don't want the loudest one. Anyway don't know much about HFC overall so that's why I haven't bought one yet. Also don't know whether go for 200 cells or 300.

IMO if you are looking for HFC's, best options are BERK or FI for our sedans. However, if you are willing to sniff some exhaust gas and willing to shell out more $$ for pipes, then Motordyne's ART pipes seem like the best choice w/ max gains. IMO you won't notice a significant difference b/w 200 or 300 cell. I'd be more picky about actual quality of the cats than the cel rating.

so Berk and FI are my best options for the quality huh? That's actually what I heard so far. Not many have invidia HFCs for some reason. Are their HFC fairly new???
