getting rasp with my ARK exhaust

I have had my ARK catback for over a year now. I first used it with BERK HFCs but didnt like the rasp so I went back to the stock cats. recently I have started to notice a rasp developing. Anyone know the cause of something like this? I think Im going to take it off this weekend, clean and polish the whole thing and figure out whats goooood.

I've heard other guys on here complain about rasp with HFCs and ARK.
Usually you get rasp when the initial piping is a larger diameter than the rest of the exhaust.
I'd call Ark and see if they can direct u how to eliminate the rasp. 909-590-1275

Can anyone else offer some input here? Im running stock cats and the ARK Grip. I get some rasp only when giving it hard gas and rapidly changing rpms. If im slowly accelerating I dont get the noise.
