HELP! Transmission change

Hello Everyone,

I have been having issues with a slip in my transmission that I feel in 3rd gear. Now, I could only get it to repeat in manual mode between 45 to 65 mph. I took it to the dealership and they finally agreed to change the transmission. I got a call claiming that they changed it, however my rep told me the problem is there and that the foreman drove 2 other cars from 2007 with the same amount of miles and the cars did the same thing. I feel like I am being screwed and that they did not change the transmission. The transmission was claimed to be changed under extended warranty as I had bought it. Also, I had asked them to change my driving belts and they claim that my car has 2 belts and not one and charged me 50 bucks more. I want to ask if anyone feels a slip between 45 to 65 mph if you have driven around 95k? Second how many belts does this car really take? Please let me know, I need help as I feel like I am being screwed by this dealership.

I've got a 6MT so I can't speak to the tranny issue, but there is only one serpentine belt on the V36 G35. If this dealership is really giving you the business, I'd suggest you call Infiniti's corporate customer service and get them involved.
