Engine sounds choppy and and basically rough when I cold start it.
I have an 08 g35x and recently I've noticed that everytime I start my car cold it sounds choppy and rough and at first I used to get a check engine light and I checked the code and it said ignition coils. I replaced the ignition coils and it was fine for a couple of days but after a while it started doing it again. I did some research and the closes thing I could think of was a bad coolant temp sensor. Spark plugs have been replaced not too long ago. I also had had a motor vac service done a while back which had my car running like new. Mass air flow sensors are fine. Anyone have any idea what it could be? As of right now there's no check engine light and what I do is when I cold start it and hear that rough idle I turn it on and off until it doesn't do it. It seems to be only when cold. Please someone help.
