295's on the rear with 10" rim?????

I have an opportunity to pick up some rims off a Lexus GS430. I need a consensus on whether they will fit. Specs as follows......

Rims are MMR GT1's .Toyo Proxy 4's 245/35/20, 295/30/20.

20x8.5, 20x10, 5x114.5, offset +35 front, +43 rear

That would be the biggest tire in the back of a sedan. The widest so far has been 275 with 10". The +43 maybe good, but depends on if you car is lowered. Any chance you can try them on for fit ... many of us would love to know!

ughhhh- EVERYONE is getting my wheels!! and in 20s! I should have gotten the 20s, apparently they will fit if lowered and not camber adjusted.

I think the GT-1s look great on the '07 Sedan!

The rear rims will stick out a little until you lower it. I dont think anyone knows about the 295's. You can try it and the worst that could happen is you may need to use 275's.

295 should fit on a 10". As far as fitting on the car is another story.

Dude...these wheels are pretty cheap $1000 for 19"s and $1200 for 20"s...just because you bought them doesn't mean others aren't.

Well....the car will be lowered...probably with Eibachs because I have had them on a few cars and they have always been great. I had 275's on a 04 sedan with a +55 offset rear. That was with the big 1/2" fender lip edge that the current cars no longer have. I should be able to push the rim out that 1/2" and still be O.K. (fingers crossed for test fit)

I have 19" x 10" for the rear set with a +45 offset and they just stick out very little, maybe less than 1/4". Have springs on order but should fit no problem. The offset is going to be the difference and whether you lower or not. Might be kinda tight.

Did you have the +55 offset on a 10" wide wheel with the 275 tire? Was there any rubbing on the inside?

Don't fret shawn! Think of it this way; if everybody else gets 20's in your wheel style, YOU'LL be the one thats left being unique and original with the 19's!

DUDE- I was completely kidding, I take it as a compliment that others like what I have done, or would want to do the same to their car. Settle down. Plus, where in the hell can you get them for $1000??? Thats a good deal, wish I would have gotten mine that cheap!

Thanks! They will look GREAT on your diamond graphite as well! I love mine and they draw some looks. I will be interested to see how much of a difference the 20s make vs. the 19s.

Are you going to get them even if you need to go with a 275 or 285 rear??
