Is anyone running a Sevas 10" wide rear rim with the +40 offset on their 07 G sedan?? Any issues?? Looking at 20x10 rear.

I would look a lot better if you go lower and they come in.

20 x 10 with +40mm offset has been done -

Keep in mind the tire will move in a little bit after the car is lowered. As far as I know, the one you saw was not lowered.

If you lower the car and run -1.8 camber or more then they'll fit. If it was me, i'd go with a +45 (obviously not Sevas).

What are your thoughts about +48 or maybe +50 offsets for my car with the rear camber arms with alignment in spec?

a +48 on a 10" rim would be perfect with a 275/30 tire, you could even get the alignment back within spec and not worry about getting too close to the fender. I only wish that i could have a +48 on mine. My next set of wheels will be a 20x9.5 in the rear with a +45 so i can run -1.0 camber, i cant go more than -1.6 as of now with the +40 on a 10"

Do think I can stuff a 285? Have you ever seen or worked on one that wide?

I havent seen a 285 on a 10" wheel just because no one has ordered custom wheels with a high enough offset, everyone has sevas with the +40. I'm sure you could stuff a 285/30 in there with the +48-50 offset. Are you looking at running 19's or 20's? I'll be putting a 285/30/20 on my 9.5 +45

Def going with 20 x 10, hopefully with the 285, but I think the odds are against me. The hard part is the picking offset.

Since this has never been done to my knowledge and I'm asking for a "non-standard" offset, the wheel mfr does not want to assume the risk that it will not fit, so I can't have them make another set if they don't fit without paying for them.

Also, once the 285s are mounted, I can't return them if they don't fit either.

Plus I'm in the middle of fitting a Stop-Tech BBK in the car as well. The rotors are the same dia as the stock rear, except they will be thicker.
