Well, it can easily be done - when my tuning shop was installing xenon to the fog lights they rewired the BCM someway, so I can switch them on all the time the engine is running. And they don't turn off when I use high beam.

i was able to use the kptechnologies foglight module to turn on the foglight independently using the OEM stock foglight switch

Someone done this!! I would like to use them as running lights. Our fogs don't even look like fog lights at all!!

Agreed! It's a really silly even stupid design Infiniti makers should have scratched that off the drawing board.
