Being that the stock setup is 50 in the front and 45 in the rear, when I buy new tires for my new 19's should I keep it the same. Will that 50 in the front help the car look more balanced? I would like to avoid droping the car, don't want to deal with excessive tread wear issues.

Looking at buy 235/50 and 255/45, or something close to that.

A 235/50 19 and 255/45 19 would be 1.4 inches taller than stock and your speedo will be off by 3-4 mph. I would imagine it would effect performance as well, since turning a larger tire will require more power. I don't think those sizes are ideal. Check out this link, it's very helpful.

The tires I'm using on my 19's are 245/40/19 and 265/35/19.
