Okay... So I read the thread from the guy who installed a pair of AEM intakes on his 350Z. He mentioned that "I heard that the nismo's are going to be manufactured by AEM again, but it could be a rumor...". Is this for real?

didnt greddy buy aem few years back??? and that pic doesnt look like its CAI, i thought cold air was suppose to be way under like in the bumper area

That doesnt look like CAI why would they give you a water bypass valve if your intakes were sitting right there?

^^^ thats the same thing i said. it doesnt make any sense and we wont know for sure until someone buys it. the 350z site says that its just the prototype when they were doing thier testing, that would explain why its all red and doesnt have any name branding on it yet.

That is actually a very good price, damn... just installed a stillen intake a week ago. anyone need a used intake for a 07???

damn...it looks like a true CAI for this car is really not going to happen huh...i figured this when the 07 Z first came into my showroom and I took a look under the hood. Fitament looks almost impossible.

Give me a month(when cash flow is better) and i will buy the Nismo CAI for my 07 G35S. would the installation be any different from a short ram? is this something i can do myself?
