Is this the model? I think they mold that part upside down, it looks different from the picture in the instruction. It should be mold the the other side up.

What I circled in red is where I believe the hole should be because it fits when I put the sensor facing the air flow filter

Did you buy the correct intake? Isn't it for 350Z?

Or maybe you switched passenger side sensor with the driver's?

By judging from the pictures, I am 99% sure that I received a defective one
The length that I highlighted in the picture is different on mine, my is shorter. Thank you a lot for your help. May I use your pictures to show the seller?

How did you get the new one? Return the defective one and ask for a new one? Honestly, I do not know how to explain this to the ebay seller, English is not my first language Thank you again

English is not my first language either, but you seem to be doing pretty well!

As far as what you'll need to explain to the seller, you can just tell the seller that you have received a defective intake and need it to be replaced. If they don't honor the return, you may be able to do something straight with the Fujita.

Best of luck.

Thank you everyone for your helps. This is what the guy at Fujita emailed me.

"It does look like the sensor was welded on backwards. This would be a first as we have not had this problem before. I will send you a replacement pipe soon."
