court,

I believe in the Non-navi G35's you have the option of having the dealer install either an XM or Sirius receiver. This was true for 2007, but I am not sure about the 2008 models.

The other option (not optimal) is to get an aftermarket Sirius Receiver installed.

I do have one question though - why do you hate XM? I have listened to them both, and other Howard Stern, they are essentially similar in content. Besides, they are planning to merge so when that happens this year, the whole issue becomes moot.

Regards,

The acquisition has been stalled unfortunately. Bummer. I do think you can just install Sirius if you don't have navi or buy the Sirius hardware and install it yourself.

I have Sirius for HOWARD and Im use to all the Sirius channels. I want the Sirius to play off of the stock Infiniti head unit and not install an aftermarket unit.

I've installed a factory sirius radio. You can get one at your dealer + antenna + rear molding in one kit for $220 or so, then took it to local Circuit City and had it connected to the head unit and istalled antenna on roof for another $125. Works perfect through head unit with all the names of songs, radio stations etc. present

Could you, or perhaps the guy from Grubbs on this site, explain how this works? And how the install might go? And whether it works ith an '08 with Nav? Thanks in advance!
