splitfire triple platinum spark plugs

Does anyone have any experience with using splitfire triple platinum spark plugs with the VQ engine? Rumor has it they improve the performance as well as the fuel economy. Any recommendations based on experience?

Snake oil. Use a good, new set of copper NGK's and change every 30k.

Why are you guys even discussing plugs at this point? OEM plats are what? 60-100k change intervals?

The plugs are an absolute nightmare to change in the VQ engines. While copper are the best, having to change them every 30k would just isn't practical. The stock Platinum NGK's are fine. Splitfires are not good plugs and their claims are a little far fetched.

The VQHR's come stock with Denso Iridiums (Better than Platinums)

The splitfires are a downgrade to the OEM iridium plugs.
