Well, I am taking my grille, Headlight housings, and front bumper for painting tomorrow. I am going to pull the stuff off tonight. that includes prying the headlight covers from the backing/housing.
I was just throwing this up to see if anyone had any last minute advice for me before i attempt it. Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!

The orange reflector simply pops out. the paint guy is going to do a candy black that acts like a tint rather than full fledged paint. so it will have a shiny tint to it.

the rest of the headlight bezel is getting fully prepped and painted-gloss black. The grille, thanks to horrible chipping, is getting sanded down, primered, sanded again, then 2 stage paint-gloss black.

OMFG! it turned out so great that i am going back to the same painter to have my tails painted with the "black candy" transluscent color in the same fashion as the overlays.

these are just teasers with my cell phone until an actual photo shoot(or i get my butt out there with my cybershot). it sends chills down my spine because it looks so good in person.

the M sport headlights were my inspiration
