Headlight Problem?

So my BIL is driving his car in front of me in the evening and when we stop he tells me that there is something wrong with my driver side headlight.. He tries to explain it by saying that it seems to brighten and not brighten as I'm driving. (sort of when a car behind you has a shock problem and the car bounces). I look at it and can't see anything wrong with it. I bounce the car a little to see if it's loose but it seems ok.
Any suggestions?

Must just be the curvature of the projector lens. I notice that all the time on other cars as they're behind me. Sometimes, I think they're flashing their highs on and off and its just the HID lights.

thanks... He did say that it was only on the drivers side headlight.. Do you think that it's that way because of where he sits in his car and/or the position of his rearview mirror?

Hmmmm, that might be the case if he were close enough to your car that his position relative to your lights would prohibit him from seeing them both do that. When I've noticed it, the cars were usually far away and I can see both lights do that. As the car moves along the road, any dips or hills cause the lights to appear to dim and brighten in my mirrors. Hope thats the case. I'm actually not sure if the G has self-leveling lights.

I'll check with my dealer on my next maintenance and see if they can help.

Driver side light is aimed slightly lower than the passenger as to not to blind oncoming drivers. He's just noticing it more since the cutoff line is slightly different and its just the cutoff going up and down over bumps.
