Calipers (aftmkt)

Is there an aftmkt caliper I can purchase w/o having to buy new rotors and all? Just a nice heavier duty set of calipers.... I've been searching but have had a hard time finding what I'm looking for.

This is a good question... and to add to it, if I may.
How can we be sure they'll clear our wheels?

I see StopTech sells calipers by themselves but appear to be more of a universal type deal. I'm wondering if any of them would work. Any of this look like something that would work? What size are our rotors? Wonder if it would be better to try and pick up some 07/08 sport version rotors and calipers.

I don't think you can just put calipers over the stock rotors because BBK calipers are wider and not supported the same way. At a minumum, you would need custom brackets. I'm pretty sure the calipers are the most expensive piece, so if you decide to go that far, you may as well get the brackets, hats, and rotors.

Caliper, Bracket, Hat and Rotor pictured. The bracket and hat are the black pieces.

You may also want to consider the G37S Akebono BBK.

In either case, you would need new wheels to clear the diameter.

Yea, if I did something, it'd probably be the G37 BBK, but my wheels will clear. Just not at the point to pull the trigger on all that.

Don't forget to check for face clearance too.
