Has anyone tried taking off the mufflers and just putting straight pipes? I searched but couldn't find anything on removing mufflers but did find that removing the resonators make a rasp sound.

I was wondering if anyone removed the mufflers with the resonators still on???

 

i've seen some posts for 350z and g35 where ppl took out the muffler and created a y-pipe straight out. In fact, I saw a post few days ago on someone looking to trade that system for a stock muffler... do a search again. i'll see if i can find it

I've got muffler delete straight pipes for sale too. I took my car back to stock besides the H&R springs and G37 wheels so I could focus on my E30 BMW track project.

They're just sitting around if you're interested in buying a pre-made set vs. having something custom fabricated (or cutting your stock system)

I don't have any problems cutting / pasting on mine or my wife's Macbook. Just hold the *apple symbol* and *C* to copy then *apple symbol* and *V* to paste.

edit: oh, are you on an iphone? I see. My Palm copies/pastes as well.

you should see my stupid mac, it has the typical lines that go up and down and they're ALL over... so I have to move the browser window around a lot to get around them while I'm reading posts or looking at pictures...

my treo700 did really good. Now, I have the Centro and it's ok, it doesn't lock up but its pause for a minute occasionally and every now and then it'll restart on it's own while i'm typing an email or something... I'm on sprint, so no Iphone although I did see they have the ne Samsung Instinct and I may try that out.

 

palm has a lot going for it as far as 3rd part apps go.
