The rubber on the ends of the blades can be pulled out of the way and the blades just slide out.
You need to give it a bit of pull force though, as they sorta ratchet out as you pull.

The new refills have clips on the metal section that slides into the blade arm. Keep these clips in place until you are inserting the blade, as they hold the metal strips in for installation purposes.

I installed my set this past Spring. I bought refills from the dealer (for $35! ) and after learning that they wanted another $15- to install them, I took them home and did it myself.
Now that I have done it once and know how easy it is, I'd NEVER give them crooks $15 to do it there.

It's an easy install.

I'm still running that same set I mentioned above.
Best blades I've ever run on any car. The secret is to keep them clean. I have the benefit of parking in a garage both at work and home so grit doesn't build up on the blades and windshield.

That, and I wash my car 2000 times a week.

How do aftermarket wiper blades work? Rockauto.com lists the G with 26" and 16" blades?

I threw on some Bosch Icons, bought them off Amazon for like $15 to $20 TOTAL after rebate. They look pretty similar to the OEM and are smooth and quiet.

+1 on the OEM refills. I am not so good at keeping them clean and don't always garage my car, so change them out when they start to streak about 2x - 3x a year but they work extremely well. I paid about $25 OOD at my dealership - a tad expensive but they last for a while and very easy to replace.

Just changed my blades. When I first bought it, I was thinking
"Oh, $hit. I should've just paid $15 and let them do it."

Now, after it's done, I'm thinking
"God damn crooks. Trying to steal my $15?"

It was really easy task. Probably takes about 20 seconds per blade.

Dealers should do this for free as blades are already expensive themselves. ($15 each)

Next time, I think I'm just gonna buy the Rain-X Latitude wipers
just to have brand new clean blade arms or holders whatever they are called.
