270whp is a little bit high for stock G35 even with 6MT. I have seen dyno slips on these cars and none of them gets into the 270whp range. Every car is different but not that way different. Normally Auto RWD can get 245-250whp, 6MT RWD can get to 255whp. Unlike people think, AWD has LESS whp than RWD due to drive train loss, 250AWHP is the highest number that I saw.
These cars suffer from lot of drive train loss; its about 15%-20% compare to another cars which is only about 10%-15%. That is one of many reasons that our G35 are slower than Lancer Evo even though we are couple hundred pounds less and 10hp more than Evo.

First the 08 Evos are lighter than a G35x, at about 3500 lbs vs about 3700 lbs. RWD dynos do not measure the rolling friction of the front tires. AWD dynos have drag of all 4 tires.
