If K&N made an in-cabin air filter, would you use it? If the extra dirt is good for you engine, surely it's good for your lungs too.
I was referring to the drop-in variety..... in an old Q45 a drop-in K&N can reduce power in hot weather.
Also, the "C" in CAI is misleading since a cone-type filter often pulls air from under the hood -- which is a lot hotter than outside air. Don't assume intake mods are always beneficial.
