VDC Off and Slip light turn on too often now.
And can't figure out why. My driving habits have not changed. Sometimes I like to push the G because it's fun but I never got these two lights to turn on before until recently. Sometimes I'm just driving down the freeway and the lights will turn on for no reason. Anything I should worry about?
Slip light would indicate loss of traction but I don't know why vdc off would be turning on unless you turned it off or unless your sensors are bad or something. The dealer or somone with a cipher should be able to tell you if its throwing any codes.

I took it to the dealer because I had the same problem, they said its my brakes and I need to change them. For some reason the VDC is connected to the brake fluid level so when it goes down VDC turns off.
my VDC off and SLIP lights are on after I lowered my car. After an alignment, their are back to normal. When the VDC off light is on, try to press the VDC button to see if it turns off. If you can't then something is wrong with your suspension system also, in my case, my alignment.
If the lights are coming on, you are low on brake fluid. This is caused by the brake pads being worn to the point that the calipers are almost fully out and therefore, your fluid is low.
The rear pads go much quicker than the fronts, since they are used quite often by the VDC system.
Start by checking your rear brakes.

yes i forgot to add that the BRAKE light comes on and then goes away while the SLIP light and VDC off stays. thanks for the info everyone, if it's not a big deal then i'll go to the dealer at my next oil change in 3000 miles and take care of it.
I just replaced my rear brake pads.
No more VDC, Slip or Brake lights.
I gotta say, this car is a joy to work on... Well engineered.
It took all of 30 minutes start to finish.
