Fresh Air w/o Auto Air condition.

Hey All Fella G,
Have anyone ever noticed that when you pressing Fresh air button. It's automaticly turn on A/C.What if we bypass that.
This is something that Infiniti should change. All other car are allowed you to get fresh air w/o auto turning A/C.Is there anyway.Specially in winter.
Sorry for the noob.

I don't know if this is off topic or what, but even with the AC on in the winter when i have it on Auto hot air comes out, so i think the AC button only changes where the air flows through. No idea.

A/C removes moisture from the air and speeds the defrosting process.

As for the OP, I agree. I want fresh air coming in with no addition climate control. I haven't found how to do it, short of popping the sunroof.

Don't pushing the mode button when the a/c is off allows fresh air from the outside to come in? That is what I do.

You can just press the A/C button and turn off the air conditioning; then you have fresh air from outside. I've been driving around like this for weeks.

Ty! for the advice.but " Is that annoying for you? "
I did the same way too when i wanna get fresh air.But we can't just have to press the A/C or Mode all da time.If we can bypass that issue. It will be great!! Bypass will Stop the A/C working which most of the time we don't need and even if we need we can just change Mode or pressing the A/C
I normally driving all other car with Fresh Air on w/o A/C so there is no Bad Air coming in.

Yea, but there's only one that associates with working on cars.... I think we all know which that one is... and I don't particularly like the word 'Friendly' for it either, cause it's never friendly....

Man, I'm confused. About three weeks ago it got cold enough here to drive without the A/C on. So I turned off the A/C.

It's been like that ever since, so no - pressing the button once is not particularly annoying...? Is this some premium vs. base pkg thing? Because I can tell you, it stays the way you leave it with premium.

I just tried it out for you
press to let fresh air in, the press the ac to off, then you have fresh air without ac. Turn off the car and turn back on still just fresh air with no ac, and i have premium package tooo.

Hmmm.. in my 08 Journey when I press the fresh air button, the AC does not automatically turn on. It only lets in the fresh air and not activate the AC.

Weird.. am I the only one?
