Still raining so ill post real pics when i can but till then these pics from FSM should help you understand where all the three screws/valves are...

The first is of the drain plug, second is of the radiator relief plug and the last of the core relief plug. drain and radiator plugs are easy to find and access, the core plug is just a little hard to get to using a hex key if you dont want to take the engine cover off, but with a hex screwdriver it should be very easy.

^ nice job, isnt it nice to see that coolant reservoir actually holding clean coolant for a change!

Anyways keep any eye on the temp gauge and check coolant levels over the next few days, mine went to the middle level after some hard driving on day one that i topped off and has been fine since.

Yup...my old coolant was disgustingly dirty!! Ive been checking the coolant level every day since, and have had to add a small amount the past couple of days.

So its not really neccesary to find, or open motorblock drain plugs on these cars?? also did you guys sort of idle the car, With the heater valve open, so as to get all the heater core coolant out as well.... or does it drain out normally with this proceadur and it seems the car should be fairly level right??? thanks guys!! for any answers to these....

Im not much of a mechanic but my car has 54k mileage. Should I look into changing the coolant. Infiniti said that it is due for a change but that doesnt mean that they checked the fluid and its dirty. Or is it ok for me to just wait to 60k?

Original factory fill is supposed to be good for 60K miles.

There's an o-ring on the drain screw the service manual recommends replacing each time.
