5AT Shifting up too fast.

Since about July or August I have noticed that when driving my car seems to shift up way too fast. If I decide to step on it, I get a crazy stutter / hesitation. If normally driving on the highway (55mph) and I try to speed up, I get no down shift just feels like a struggle, when I paddle down it goes to 4th. I definitely consume more gas now. That was a mouthful! =X Anyone else have this issue?

Plenty lag around 3k @55mph.

I would check the simple things first like your replace/clean your air filter and then do an ECU reset.

thanks, but those have been done already. I went as far as to cleaning both MAFs and changing trans/diff fluids.
