P2A03 code?

I have run into this problem a few times but never got to get the code before the SES light went off but this time i got it! Any ways the problem occured after the car wash yesterday(always happens after wash or heavy rain). i was driving around and as soon as i give it a good amount of gas the car bogs out and shuts off. if i drive super slow i can get around but if i mash the peddle at all it just dies on me. any ways my question is has this happened to any one and what are your thoughts? could it be the injen long tube intakes taking in some water? i know the code is 02 bank 2 sensor 1 but still why would the water cause this? thanks ahead of time everyone.

This code normally comes up not because the sensor is bad or due to water. Underneath the car there is a bracket that bolts each cat to the transmission bellhousing. The mounting points where this bracket mounts up on each cat are bad about the welds breaking and it will suck cold air in and cause the sensor to read improperly. When it gets hot the metal expands and closes the crack up somewhat. You can either get someone to weld it or replace the cat. Very common problem on all V36 models. Hope this helps you guys
