My G35 Has All the Bells And Whistle's on. It has everything except all-wheel drive. What model do i have? When i bought it it was advertised as an 08 G35xs but the XS has all-wheel drive right?. And when i took it to the dealership they ran the vin and it came back as the Base model w/ a Rebuild/Salvage title. Will someone please tell me what model G35 i have? is it the Journey the G35s or G35x or G35xs or the base. But it cant be the Base cause if that's the case it would be a base model with all the packages and that would make it a Journey right? idk please help. let me know if you need more spec/details but like i said it has everything but all-wheel drive.

X means it's got AWD. S means the sport package
Here's a link to the sales brochure, you should be able to determine exactly which package it was shipped with.

The quick and dirty version is this.
Base package doesn't have dual zone climate control.
Journey adds dual zone climate, automatic headlight on option, passenger side 8 way power seats.
X package adds AWD plus the entire journey package.
Sport package adds magnesium paddle shifters and a foot operated parking brake.
Xs package is AWD with magnesium paddle shifters.

I’ve run into similar confusion with Infiniti trims, and it can definitely be misleading at first. The VIN often reflects the base model, while most of the features come from factory packages layered on top. That’s why cars can look fully loaded but still decode as base. Checking a jeep window sticker pdf https://carfast.express/en/window_sticker/jeep can help clarify exactly which options and packages were installed at the factory, especially when badges or ads don’t match reality.

Mine was Base but had the Journey package. Base mean NOT sport basically but the engine is the same..
