Installed the Fujita!!

This intake reminds you that you are driving a seriously powerful machine.

I am very impressed with the sound. If I can figure out how to take a video I will, but the sound at WOT is AWESOME!
I was also very impressed with the quality of the parts(clamps/hoses) and the ease of installation. It took me a half hour, mostly in the dark and slight rain.
I am a very impatient person...
299, free shipping on ebay. Now its up there for 289.

I just installed mine as well, but there is one problem, and it's not with the intake. After I finished installing it, i got in the car and drove down the street and hit the one touch on the windows to go down, and they did. It sounded awesome. But when i got home I hit the one touch for the windows to go up and it didn't work? Why would it not work going up but works going down?

same thing happened when i installed mine...just start your car and roll your windows down, the roll them back up holding the switch in the up position the whole time, once it reaches the top continue holding it for about 4-5 more seconds....do this for each window and its fixed.

Enjoy your fujita I love mine

So logik, jfischetti, and others: you dont have any aftermarket exhaust right?

the sound is alot better even without an exhaust?

It does make the exhaust sound better, louder at least. You have to have someone else drive the car by you while you stand on the curb to really appreciate the exhaust. It really does growl when you open it up.. not that I would open it up to 7K 4-5 times a day during the break in period.

How would an intake change the sound of an exhaust? While you should be see increased airflow, I'm having a tough time buying it's caused increaded output.

Did u mention u are still in break in? I remember my exhaust maturing into a deep tone during the first 1k miles. I would expect that is what you are hearing...

I remember my exhaust sounding like pure crap when I first got the car. Throaty and choppy. Now it's a nice roar.

Are exhausts what make the car sound throatier and deeper at low rpms?

Agreed...

Every moving the wife and I start our cars at the same time, and let them idle while we start our son into my car to head to grandmas.

Whereas her FX is far louder, the G has a much deeper exhaust tone.
