I took off mine one time trying to get the glove box light. I took out my side panel off first but I think that the washi is only held on by clips. I thought I was going to snap it off the first time I took it off but I don't remember how I got it off but I took it out to find out that I had the wrong LED bulb I have to go check it out to see if I can remember.

So I went to the dealership to ask them how to remove it..they said they didnt know and have no experience removing it.
I said what if I paid you to remove it for me.. they said they were unsure if they wanted to do that for me neither... :S
Wut da hell... I know for a fact that its held on my clips.. I just wanna know how to remove it properly so I dont break off the clips.

Unfortunately... no
Cuz im having issues removing the washi finishes on the door panels. Im afraid to push it further and break the clips. Im kinda going into it blind.. not sure if im doing the right thing or not. So my mod has been on hiatus.
The dumb part is... I have all the equipment and CF fabric to pull it off already... its just removing the damn panels... :S
If anyone could help me or direct me to a place that can tell me how to remove them properly, I can get started on this mod.

I asked the dealer to replace the washi trim with wood trim at the time of purchase. They used an aftermarket company to do this. Turns out they painted over the washi with a glossy wood effect - I was not happy when i found out until i saw the end results. Ended up looking quite classy IMO.
