Question regarding fog bulbs

I plan on switching my fogs for the first time to match my 3000k HIDs. I'm going w/2500k's, and on E-bay, they have Nokya's for only $20, or PIAA's for like $70. Are the PIAA's more expensive b/c they're better quality, or just b/c of the name. Any input would help, and if you know any other good brands, let me know.Kthxbye

from experience they last much longer in all my previous applications, however considering the price differnce you could afford changing the cheap one out 3-4 times before you break ven with one PIAA bulb...

i think i'd rather spend the money if they last longer instead of having to take off my filters every so often to replace the cheap ones....about how much life do you get out of them?.....thank you

I actually purchased PIAA's cuz I thought that it might be white.. or close enough to the HID's.. but it wasnt. So after only having it on my car for about a month or so, I got hoens instead.. they match better than PIAA's but still not 100%.

Are you interested in quality or color match?

Hm..a little of both. My HID's are actually yellow (3000k) so i want 2500 or 3000k fogs too, but something that will last.

Yeah that's sh_t man. I had ordered 8000k HID's about two months ago, and one of them already took a crap on me I actually just ordered the Hoen endurance fogs, so we'll see how they do. Thx for the input guys.

Hoens foglight match. Mind you... I find it whiter when the car has just been started.

Its a tad yellower when its been running for a while. But still much whiter than stock yellows thats for sure.
