Guys especially with non black G's!!!! What's the color of your OEM front lip rubber piece, that is between the lip and front bumber????

it's a dull flat grey.. my bodyshop removed mine and it ripped so I went looking for replacement but couldn't find it at the dealer, home depot, or OSH so I just put it back on a little shorter than it was before GL finding a replacement

 

on my PG, it is black. I think it also comes in grey and white, depending on color.

On mine OB it is black. I'm making my car white right now, using laminated glossy white 3M!!! So there is a question, what should I do with that gasket??? Paint it in white......not a good idea I think. Or just leave it black....

don't leave it black.. you're using vinyl on your car? couldn't you wrap the vinyl around the gasket?

tearing it off wont cause any problems, i think its just there for a better smooth look and to keep water from getting through and loosening the 3M tape that holds it to the bumper, as long as you securely attach it with some high quality 3M tape you should be fine.

The other thing you could do is use white silicone caulking if there is a gap.

 

I think that would be the best option, if you can't get the correct gasket colour.

 

yes there is a gap (at least there was for mine) so I put it on.
