1 touch auto up and down programming

Hey all i forgot how to program the 1 touch auto up and down on the power windows,any help would be much appreciated.

From: Atlanta

Turn the car on.
Push the button down and hold it for 5 seconds. Then lift it up and hold it for 5 seconds. Do this for each windows individually in the drivers seat.
