Added fog lights to my bumper
I made a thread but I put it in the wrong section so here it is.
I have been wanting to paint my headlights for a while now to complete my black and white theme. But, I never liked how the reflectors for the blinker and fog in the headlights had to remain chrome to reflect light. I decided I would mod projectors into the bumper for fogs and move my blinkers to the parking light spot and make my parking lights led rings. The first step in this project was the fog lights (in these pictures both my headlights and fogs have 5k HIDS, no parking lights, and white led blinkers (not shown) and will not be in the final revision.
This is what I ordered

(already had the ballasts)
first I took off the bumper
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
Then I got under the car with the bumper in place and figured out where the fogs could go with out hitting anything, drilled the holes and put my finishers on (gasket for a toilet bowl.. they look awesome)
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
mounted my brackets and projectors on both sides

Went outside to aim them

I recommend this mod to any and everyone.. These things are brighter than my headlights.. Its insane.

I took some pics to show the difference but you cant really get the effect.. Im going to take some with the headlights blocked off to show how awesome it really is.. I cant wait to put the clear lenses in the headlights.. rite now they are so dull compared to the fogs. I will take daytime pics tomorrow. I just spent the last 9 hours installing bed lights in my friends truck and doing an LED swap in his stang as repayment for the help with this lol

hypothetically, cant you just use the fog light kit in the first link you posted, and use the halogen lights they offer? Why the lens change, for the headlights? I am looking for some fogs to experiment with, but just want to use halogen yellow bulbs (i dont need HID). Does the first link you posted include everything needed? or is it easier just to go the blazer kit that includes everything?

Day time pics tomorrow! And thanks guys!
@bat
Yes if you want to use halogen the item I posted comes with every thing you need besides mounting hardware which I got at the
Hardware store. I am putting in clear lenses to give off more light, show te true color and make a nicer cut off.
As for drilling the plastic it was easy.. just a hole saw and dremel with a sand grinding bit

this is very tempting. what about the mounting hardware you used and the finishing trim piece...links? sizes? assuming Lowes will have all that. How was drill into the frame/support beam (i think thats what I see you mounted them too). I have the sport bumper with different vents obviously, hopefully it will work with it.

FYI..... the last link you posted for the lenses are the 2.5" FX-R lenses. From what I've read the sedans have 3" lenses and you should have purchased the STI-R lenses.
