Accessing headlight lense and reflector...is it possible?

I have an issue that I'm hoping you all can help with. Without getting into details on how this happened, the HID headlight reflector inside the headlight assembly broke off of it's mouting brackets. This reflector is where the HID bulb is mounted to.

I need to know how to access this reflector. Can I access it if I take off the lense and headlight trim (as seen on THIS post)?

I'm looking for any suggestions. I don't want to have to buy a new-used headlight.

Thanks for the help!

Yeah you can get to it if you take the lenses off. If you have a 1st gen use this guide: https://g35driver.com/forums/lightin...eadlights.html
if you have a second gen use step 6 of this guide: https://g35driver.com/forums/body-in...sides-v36.html

Its decently easy once you get over the fact that you have to put your headlights in the oven. Just make sure you take out the screws first and don't break the tabs when you're prying the lens off. The plastic tabs will be "soft" along with the glue.

What sealant/ silicone did you use to seal the headlights up again once you were done?
