Interior wood trim peeling?!!

Interior wood trim peeling?!!
Has anyone had this happen to them before?

The wood trim is peeling on 3 of 4 doors (all except driver). It looks like the trim is deforming in certain areas causing it to peel off the glue of whatever is used to hold it to the door. I'll try and get pics as soon as I can. The center console trim is fine though.

Apparently mine was doing that before trade in but the dealer replaced it before they put it on sale.
