admins deleted it cause it was starting to clutter. but the company that makes the kits for eric came to me asking whats going on, and why are they being draged into this messs.

after couple months of this ongoing. i was approached to see if i wanted to take over. and all i had to do was pay to get new molds to be made (copys of his but some reworked for fitment). i am grateful some of you guys trust me enough and bought the kits off me.

for those that didnt get the kits from eric, just ask for your money back from paypal or yoru cc and place the order thru me. i am on for at least 8 hours a day. and i will try to answer as soon as i can. when i get some free time i will pick up a new cell phone that works at my work to take orders over the phone also.

 

wait.....so the manufacturer can just use eric's mold, tweak it, and sell it to another shop?

I still don't get how they can just make you a duplicate mold w/o erics consent....he's the one who came up with the actual designs....

 

Wouldn't eric be able to sue? This is a perfect time for Eric to step in and say something, if not Eric then someone who actually knows him well.

 

And even if they would make you a duplicate why would you even take it and start advertising for them when you KNOW that people are still owed those bumpers.....

 

^But what does that have anything to do with Kris & his business? Is he to make ammends for Eric's mistakes? Eric owes people those body parts, not Kris.

 

are you sure eric designed it? but did eric ask chargespeed can he copy thier bumpers ? or impul? or kenstyle?

eric has been mia for a while. we tried contacting him for a long time. i offered to help him out, even help some of the people here contact him. but its to a point i cant contact him or anyone else.

i am designing a new front bumper and rear bumper. i hope when everything settles u will be one of my customers . i love the way your car looks and would love to see one of my bumpers on your car.

Shane... All the companies that produce replicas of authentic parts get molds made they own the molds not design.. You think Eric called Nismo and asked if he could reproduce their design ?

Or impul for their consent of him selling their sides as knockoffs? Or chargespeed for their consent with him duplicating their rear bumper?

Kris simply saw a need for parts and decided to fill it... The molds could be reverse engineered from the bumpers them modefeing to perfect fitment could not be much but its not an exact copy of the original only better

If eric fvcked us over shame on him.. I paid cash for my bumper and never got it... You guys can get ur $$$ back but I'm straight fvcked in the asssss let kris make his business

Eric stated to me he designed this one-off front end. He showed me the design before releasing it to public and even asked me what he should name it. This is when I told him it looked kinda like the lambo.

Either way, looks like you're selling it now, as long as that settles with your conscience and you don't believe it's ethically wrong, by all means do your thing. It's just business right?

I just hate to see someone innocent get dragged into this witch hunt for Eric.

It sucks what happened to those who got screwed on their orders, but just because you purchased the same/similar molds from the company that provided them once for Eric's business, does not mean that you are associated and/or are in cahoots with Eric, nor are you responsible for righting Eric's wrongs.

People who are still owed either body parts or their money back have every right to go about getting compensated from ERIC in which ever way necessary. As for the rest who feel the need to know the whole "back story" on how you acquired the same molds, just need to let things go.

And that's all I'm gonna say on this.

 

I understand he's trying to make money, but eric was the only one selling this bumper, i see it as a character issue on Mach3's part. Why buy a product when shiit it hitting the fan and members are left in the dust. Now we got another vendor selling them and people who paid sitting here going "WOW WTF" IMO since there's orders that haven't been met regardless if it has anything to do with mach3 or not they should have waited till this whole thing was settled with eric. We're still curious who this company is that sold these molds. I mean might as well start investing in molds too since they give them out no problem now. It just all doesn't add up. Why would the company that has the mold randomly contact Mach3 saying what's going on with the inven and k2? Why not another Company? Why not M1 they're local? How would they get dragged into it? Noone know who this company is who has the mold.. If eric didn't design it who did? This is nothing against Mach3 but everything being said just sounds like complete BS, and i'm sorry to say that but it does!

 

Question is: does the manufacturer have the legal right to take eric's mold and just tweak it and sell it? Who owns the mold? Manufacturer or Eric?

I have money, someone give me their number so I can have them tweak it and make me a mold too. I'll fufill the orders in socal for local convenience.
