Please do not start another thread as we are trying to figure out who is out of what amount of $$$ or parts.
Lets try to keep the non relevant chatter out of this thread and focus on getting issues resolved for those affected.We are working with IB to see how many are affected and what can be done to rectify the issue.

Well those of you who have pending orders right now through Eric, I'm just gonna tell you to consider your orders terminated. Try to get your money back somehow beacuse there will not be any more parts coming out from eric's end.
The reason why I put this out there, is because KRIS now has possession of all of eric's molds. Kris obviously is not going to fulfill eric's pending orders, therefore your orders cannot be fulfilled by Eric because he does not have his mold anymore. Unless of course, Eric somehow comes up with molds again for his parts, or he had old molds that were at another manufcaturer, but that won't happen for a while.
So if you want to pay someone else for the same parts at a premium, go ahead and order from Kris. If you beleive what he did was in bad taste and he double crossed everyone (Both Eric and all of those members that had pending orders), then boycott his shiet. Let's not forget that he supposedly tried to "help everyone" while they were in trouble. But now that he has the molds, he's selling it for more, and he's telling the same people that he "supposedly wanted to help" to try and get your money back so you can buy it from him at a higher price.

best thing to do is call your CC and say you never received your items and file a claim to get your money back. i have done this in the past and takes a couple weeks to get back but it is better than not getting any money back at all

Didn't he used to throw a bunch of BBQ's at his place? Surely someone knows where he lives, it seemed like he knew a lot of people on this forum. Someone visit him personally and find out WTF is going on. Not fulfilling orders is one thing, but to completely disappear is another, especially if someone else bought the molds that he was using.
