Always good to hear a positive story about vendors, and if the OP wants to write a novel, that's his prerogative, he's not forcing anyone to read it.

Funny how I don't see anyone complain about a review about some other vendor. Seems to me like some people are just hating on Arch and are only looking for negative comments about them.
Not all, if you read my post I said extreme circumstances ones. There are many posts where due to whatever circumstance there is a large problem with getting a product or with it fitting or something and then giving credit to the vendor is great. It's always nice to know that a vendor will work so hard to fix something without threat. But simply saying I got a good product, looks good, paint was good doesn't need a new thread. If he posted a pics thread and gave credit there that would be fine.
