for me, i believed arch's products are as good as oem fitment..
the only thing that fed me up was his lack of communication and customer service..
as a customer, i would want straight up answers and not wasting my time with his run around answers

The obvious thing that seems to be a trend with ARCH is the lack of communication and fallacies.

I had the same issues with them and it took a thread similar to this to even get a half-assed return/exchange.

I still spent more money than I should have on the deal. And still, the fitment wasn't 100% as claimed.

I think Rich either needs to hire extra help or stop selling products

I understand this thread is old, but does anyone know if ARCH is even still around? Seems as soon as 2012 hit they fell off the grid.

Okay guys, I have a bumper to replace and these threads have me wavering on the Arch K2 remix for my coupe. I don't want to spend an extra 2-300 on fitment at the body shop for an almost fit. Recommendations?

My car is in the shop as we speak having a d-spec front lip and ARCH's K2 remix side-skirts installed. I know its not their rear bumper, but my body shop says the sides needed quite some work to fit correctly. Should get her back in a few days.

I'm pretty disappointed to be honest. I thought they where some of the best fitting around thus why I spent the $.

I will say their customer service is lacking. VERY hard to get a hold of. Hope this helps.

Appreciate the heads up. Infiniti wants $368 + tax for stock, which isn't a great deal, but if I can't find a reputable vendor for aftermarket, I may have to go that route.

Just saw that people were still having issues. Worst fitting products I've ever used! I posted on his thread and I'm sure he cried to the mods and had it removed!
