I was asking The FGC if they had purchased from Strafe. Then it sorta evolved in to this? I just wanted to get more feedback from Them since they are close and we meet often.

Actually Why would we send you a messed up Product. I understand your complaint. Making 2 threads and all these posts and the itrader remarks and the military jag, etc....Does not help nor does it make it any easier for Us to deal with your issue.

I'm a retired USAF guy and all the military references you use are also not needed.

To be honest we request the product it gets to us when ready. They make to order. WE had SEMA so we were out of the office for a week. We emailed you while at SEMA. You might not like Our disclaimers they are legal and in Place. I'm personally looking into this issue. I asked why we got the wrong tracking number. It happens. Right now shipping is our biggest complaint. WE ask for updates daily.. I know Dustin has tried and tried with you. I think after seeing all the PM's and such you have blown this way out of proportion. There are 2 sides to every story.. Dustin is a stand up guy and we have no need to take your money and run... I will have some sort of answer today. I'm not going to PM you or go back and forth with you on this matter. You can email me lawrence.strafe@gmail.com I think Dustin told you a long time ago to email me if you had an issue.. Have you?

I was wondering when you would show up. Look like i said I have proof of everything and $500 is not something to take lightly. Im still waiting on your phone call. So how about you get off the computer and call me since i've been asking for a contact number so I may talk to you directly. Thank you for serving in the USAF but no offence. Dont compare me to you. It's an insult. You will never know what being a wounded combar veteran is. Anyways It's not two post. I was asking my fello Florida G club if anyone else had experience with you and it eveolved to this. It's not my fault that you guys wronged so many ppl to include one of my Marines. It's a small world and the FGC is all about networking and friends. Instead of emailing me how about you pick up that phone and call me to resolve this since Ive been asking DUSTIN for your number or for a call. You're just bad business all together. Like I said I have no need to argue and i can provide anyone more than enough proof. And There is another excuse for the record, Now you got the tracking number wrong. It seems like it's one excuse after the other yet I had no excuse paying up and you encountered no problems charging my card with godspeed. Thank you Have a great day and CALL ME OR PROVIDE ME A NUMBER TO CALL... Simple as that

My point exactly... I just wanted everyone to see... And I have still yet to recieve a call from them or a number that i can call

yeah like it worked on the 18th... Look call me. That is not a request... OP is not the one that needs answers I paid the $500 not him... You seriously need to learn how to do business and how to treat your customers.

So there you have it. The number wasn't fake. I guess it didn't ship that day that Dustin got the tracking number for you. Try the tracking again and see where is your box. Like they told me it should work..I'm sorry if this was such a hassle to you. I know it was for Dustin also.. I know he tried everything in his Power to make this go smooth.....We never have anything to hide....OP you might not agree with Our Disclaimers. I understand that completly They were made because of the people who are dishonest. I'm not saying you are dishonest by any means.
There are many who are dishonest. I answer chargebacks and false claims weekly...We even have gotten stuck for parts that people purchased with stolen cards.. So I understand $500 is a lot...it is alot to Us.....


If you don't like how Dustin handled your purchase I'm sorry. Next time if you choose to try Us again I will personally handle your transaction...

That goes for anyone else on the forum.. If you have a issue feel free to contact me......

Who said there will be a next time?! Im still waiting on your call the only one looking dishonest is you by not calling me. Maybe you're the fake. Im about to call the bank again and im fowarding all this to them and the Jag. Im just glad that everyone got to see who they are really doing business with

Shipment status 24/7. You can easily track your freight from origin to destination using any reference number you have created for your shipment. To track a shipment, enter a Shipment Tracking Number (Original House Bill Number), or your own Customer Reference Number, or you can select "All Shipments for Account" and see all of your current activity.

Im just amazed at how a grown man can take your money in a flash but he can't make a 3 min or less phone call... That's amazing. Look Sir, if you are too scared I'd understand. You can call me blocked if you'd like. Either way this is going to get resolved. Just be a man about it..


Sounds like something shady to me... If that doesn't seem shady to anyone then wow!!!

yikes 2 major complaints in a few days....Can't say I'm surprised at all...Strafe has soon become the new Sevas

Those are only the complaints that we know of. God knows how many more are lingering around. STILL WAITING ON A CALL!!!

My buddy also went through the same situation you're in for his bumper, but he got his bumper after 3 months of no returned phone calls or emails. You should feel blessed that someone from Strafe is at least communicating with you on this thread

shemi, i just got off the phone with VIS and they are 100% being honest that the package left. I've called DB schenker and i got the same answer as yourself. Nobody is scamming anybody & were still handling this order like we would everyone elses. Lawrence will be calling you.. i am going to vis within the next hour, if there is another update i will pm you.
