Bahaha, unfortunately you don't answer everyone back, I've had to see it through my own friends

And i'll admit I repeatedly come in these types of threads and voice my opinion against your company but it's not for unfounded reasons. I don't like your company because I dont like seeing noobs get taken advantage of every couple days

I have no prob with your business per say. I wish you the best. I just think people should be able to see who they are dealing with before they make any purchase and I don't think it's fair that these types of threads get consistently deleted because you complain to the mods. The cycle just repeats itself every couple days. If these types of threads were left open so dissatisfied customers could post their experiences then I wouldn't bother posting. But then I know this will fall on deaf ears and one of the mods will delete this thread in a few hours. So until the next angry customer creates a new thread in about a week I bid you fair well

I'm gonna chime in here and say that I have dealt with Dustin on a transaction not too long ago. Product was delivered as ordered, his customer service was excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to do business with Strafe again. I personally know several people that have also done business with Dustin and Lawrence and all their experiences were similar to mine.

Im sorry it seams your transaction hasnt gone the way you expected.

We just got disconnected. He called back and we just had a 50 min conversation and he's sounds very concerned and is looking into it, just a lot of miscommunication from both sides. Hopefully it all gets take care of soon and I can have my car back and running looking sexy. I'll keep everyone posted

from all the threads I seen about Strafe people need to be made aware of the obvious, and it's obvious they outsource pretty much every single thing and make nothing in house, if they even have an in house or an office.
So ordering from them is like ordering from a friend, through his buddy..... who's gonna get it from his homie..... it's literally out of their hands they're just the middle man.

So it's BUYER BEWARE type a thing, and I personally don't know one person and have never met a person who's willing to buy body kit pieces from eBay shops like VIS and CarBodyKits which is where Strafe apparently gets some if not most or all of their products from.

Good luck with the pending resolution.

Wow! Sorry to hear about your situation Shemi. Sounds like things now may take a turn for the better it seems.

While I've never ordered from them, Dustin has always answered emails and PM's in a very timely, and caring manner. Always saying he will match or beat any price I may find out there.

Glad I read this thread though. I was about to pull the trigger on a Kuruma and Ings sides soon. I'll hold off and see how this plays out before making the leap. I have total faith in them though. Why would they selectively scam anyone? I'm sure it was just a mix-up and they'll make right soon enough.
