Before I purchased the Inven Poly bumper from them I asked Dustin how long would it take for me to receive it? He said 4-8 business days. That was almost a month ago. First he tells me that they are making the bumper themselves which is BS because they buy it from another source, and then he tells me that they are having trouble with the shipping. Funny how he didn’t have any problems charging my card the second he got the info. Finally I ask to cancel and he tell me that they will charge me a 30% restocking fee and the shipping on an item the hasn’t been shipped. He tells me it’s on their disclaimer... He never mentioned that the first time that that we wrote through G35driver and even their original post claims a 4-8 business days wait with no mention of anything else or directions to their terms and agreements. Their customer service completely sucks and they are very deceitful. I paid $500 for it shipped from strafe and Kelvin ordered the same thing with Arch industries 2 days after me and already got it and he paid $460. I have all the PM’s for anyone that wants to see them.

Ouch. I would be pissed too.

Dont agree with that restocking fee, there is a reason why the have a page and a half of fine print make sure to read it next time.

Tried but since they supposedly sent out the Item I have to wait and im trying to fight the disclaimer since it wasn't on their original post before i purchased it. Also I bet they will send a F'ed up bumper. I’m making a video as i accept the shipment.

Yeah the fine print isn't on their original post and they don’t direct you to it until after you make the payment. I have proof on that so the Jag said that I have a case there.

yours isnt the first complaint thread about Strafe, and im not gonna direct this to you although it applies, but anyone buying anything should always do their research who they're buying from prior to purchase

i know of some local guys here as well that had issues with Strafe, and a few who ordered from Arch without issues

^You're right, my fault for not doing enough research on them. But i'll do my best to make sure that they don't do the same to others... Love the bumper by the way... Clean ride

Here is a nice sloggan for them... "STRAFE AUTOMOTIVE scewing civilians and service members since 2010" Just found out that one of my Marines was screwed out of $550 by them as well. The bumper was cracked all over and it also took over a month... WOW!!! It's a small world

Just got done talking to DB db schenker and the tracking number that I was given by Dustin is a Fake. I'll give you the info so you all may check for yourselves.

Shemallian,
Here is the tracking number for the package that we were working on getting for you.

shipping company: DB Schenker
tracking # 864530192

Again, we do apologize for the delays to get the bumper out. Per my previous pms to you the bumper had been dropped off and was in queue to ship. We do understand you were upset by the wait and we do hope you would give us another chance to make it right by you on your next purchase through our company. Do understand we have our policies in place for situations like these where we simply cannot control the queue of shipping.

Thank you for your patience & understanding,

Dustin

That sucks and I would be very upset myself. Next purchase discount does not help when you f-up the first order. Fake shipping numbers and BS Service = lame business practice. If that keeps up it's only a matter of time....
