How many strikes is this?

In before the lock!!!
Im sorry but how would another feedback system work, when currently no one uses the current feedback system?

Should of left the proper itrader feedback....

Strafe...what happened?

One would think that if you're a vendor here on DRIVER you'd want a reputation for having the best products and being a "awesome" kinda company. This thread is very sad to see and can't be blamed on damaged thru shipping...

no need really for a publicly available individual vendor rating system, as long as mods are keeping an eye on bad vendors behind the doors.

Trust me these kinds of threads are continuously hurting Strafe's rep on this site (as long as they dont get deleted). They're ability to sell to G/Z drivers must be going down with treads like this popping up every week or so.........only about time before they just leave Driver

Brandon you should just take the 03/04 bumper as originally promised from the raffle, then turn around and sell it and buy what you want with it lol oh wait... they won't even give you that.

What is wrong with Strafe. Are their products good, but sometimes they don't come through on the business end?

I can kind of see where Strafe meant about the bumpers for the meet. But I believe something should have been worked out before going out like this.... I mean it's mad props to RareJDM and SxExCx for these vendors to come through. I really want to hear from Strafe. If there is a delay in the 05-06 bumper, I can understand that.

Not suprised in the least by the latest act of shadiness

Very glad to see things worked out for you Brandon. SxExCx and RareJDM are two perfect examples of vendors here for the community. Even when it's not their issue to resolve, they still stepped in. Qudos

I think I've had relatively good experiences with Strafe so far.

When I ordered my Strafespeed trunk I spoke to Dustin on the phone, and he assured me that even though they were going to SEMA for the week, they had an individual that was still going to be in the area and he should be able to get the trunk out by week's end. The next week I still hadn't heard anything. I sent an email on Monday, Tuesday, and PM and emails on Wednesday.

I contacted Marcus about not having heard back from them (after seeing another thread about lack of contact), and he sent a PM on my behalf. Within a couple of hours I had a PM from Dustin, then from Andy letting me know the trunk was close to shipping. I will say at this point that I have no problem at all with Dustin, he's been very cool in all of our messaging back and forth. Andy, on the other hand, admonished me for contacting an Admin, and reminded me that they had been at SEMA (keep in mind I was told that they would still be around and answering their email, and furthermore SEMA had ended that previous Friday).

I replied to Andy, pointing out the fact that I hadn't asked Marcus to do anything on my behalf, and that I'd tried multiple times to contact them about my order before speaking to Marcus. I told him that I didn't mind extended shipping times, but when promised that an item would ship at a certain point and it didn't I'd just like to know. I indicated that I still wanted to chock it up to a positive experience and I wasn't upset, and I implored Andy to make better efforts at Customer Service in the future. A day or so later I received a PM from Dustin saying Andy didn't know anything about my order, so please continue to discuss things with him.

Another two or so weeks went by and finally my trunk shipped. Upon receiving it the quality is excellent and the fitment great. I chock it up to an overall positive experience, and aside from the extended shipping times and initial sub-par communication, I am pleased with how everything went.

My grille, on the other hand (second purchase), was a positive experience from the beginning. Prompt contact, prompt shipping, great quality. All around A+

I do plan on doing business with Strafe again, and will never deal with anyone but Dustin there.
