Wow, how did I miss this.
Glad it worked out for you, and kudos to Sean, rarejdm, and Marcus for stepping up!

There are 3 different ways to responding to customer complaints and issues such as this:

1) Blame the customer for everything and hide behind disclaimers…mean while your reputation as a vendor goes down the sh*tter --> Strafe’s old approach

2) Stay silent and don’t respond to any complaints, pretending as if they don’t exist….mean while your reputation is still going down the sh*tter --> This seems to be Strafe’s new approach coming from this instance

3) Realize that customer satisfaction is #1 and try as hard as you can to make things right and repair your reputation as a good vendor --> what Strafe ought to be doing

Since I don’t think Strafe has the intellect to respond to this thread, I’m going to respond on their behalf (who knows, maybe this post will push them over the edge to respond). Hopefully I can show them how to properly handle these situations so they don’t go bust by next year as stampedes of customers run away from them ……“Hi *****-ah-saur, we at Strafe are very sorry about this incident and want to make sure to make things right. We have worked real hard to make our customers happy over the years and realize that customer satisfaction and maintaining a good reputation on the boards is a number one priority. We realize that without happy enthusiasts such as you, our business wouldn’t be profitable. We are very sorry that we were unable to give you the 05/06 Nismo bumper you were looking for; however, we will be more than happy to deliver one to you as soon as they become available to us. If you’re in a rush, we could also send you another style 05/06 bumper such as Kumura Z, K2….ect. We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you again at the local meets. And happy holidays from everyone at Strafe.”

I admit, I am a continuous hater of Strafe. And I know Strafe has tried to buy out some of their major critics in the past, but I like to be known as the Anti-Strafe. However, I have good reason to hate when I see threads like this pop up every week or so. You never see disappointed customers making threads like this for OC Infiniti, THmotorsprots, CPZ, Z1 or any of the other big vendors. Do other vendors get disappointed customers? Sure they do, but they also know how to handle it. Personally I think there would be a lot less drama on this site if Strafe just went away…but I don’t see that happening until at least next year.

Ok Here is Our Response.........Not going to Happen.. OK? Here or in any other thread. The Admins/Mods have been told the same.......Final Answer ! Same People in the threads, who aren't even Strafe Customers! I'm done with the SoCal hate with Randy, Zack and the rest. I have made my mistakes with personal stuff and business...True.

I nor Dustin set out to fraud or be Shady. We try everyday to make things right. We like any other company have issues with shipping or orders. Do we make mistakes? Yup....Do we try to make things right? Yup. Funny we have never taken off with money nor hide. I will say this no matter what we say or do the same people will post like they do in this thread. You have to ask yourself.......why the same people? food for thought.....BTW I have pm'd the OP and Admins about this thread. take care Happy Holidays...

Most of these Posts are from Non Strafe customers, and we are done with this type of threads.Read between the lines People and ask the people posting in here if they are actual customers. We can almost put down odds in Vegas who is gonna Post in these threads.....Thanks for the confirmation...Take Care..... And I'm not going to respond to any more posts Take Care..

fyi I left this meet early......IDK what happened after I left. I am the CEO/President of Strafe and was never included in any emails.....I was not given a chance to solve this issue...........Since it seems Marcus solved it for me Then Thanks.....

I am a Strafe customer two times, I had a horrible experience with a 2 and half month wait for bumper that was wrongly shipped 3 times and I was finally corrected at no cost to me the third month, it took me over a year to buy another part from your company which I just did and had no problems what so ever which has won my trust with your company again. A better answer to this problem would be that we let this drag out for to long. I find it hard to believe as the CEO/President of a company you have not known about this for 2 months.

Yes there is too much drama between groups on this site and if you let them fix the problem for you and you feel that the OP is justified by that fix you should not be mad at who or what group fixed the problem.

I am not mad at Who or what fixed the problem. I have PM'd the Admin and I feel he and I are OK. I have Pm'd the OP and Mods/Admins and feel they have My explanation. I will NOT address it in Public and Have made that clear to OP/Admin Mods. They also Know if the PM gets shared my stance on the issue also.. Thanks for the chance to serve you again.

Lawrence I will respond to your PM out here so everyone can see were I am coming from;

1) Yes I have never been a Strafe customer but I have seen Strafe's lack of professionalism in how your company has treated my friends. For example, on of my buddy ordered a Nismo bumper from you and it took over 3 months for Strafe to even respond to him. The bumper only got delivered after he had to complain

2) I find it hilarious that you say I am harassing you or trolling. Have I ever sent you a PM? No (which is why I'm posting this reply out here instead of replying to your PM to me). Everything I say is out in the open and I am speaking my mind about how I have seen you treat others. Unfortunately, posting about how you have treated other customers does not constitute harassment, especially when I have never even directly spoken to you.

3) I have never said you or Dustin are a fraud or shady... In fact I have repeatedly said I wish you the best and hope you can turn your sliding reputation around before your business crashes and burns. I have given you a demonstration of how to handle dissatisfied customers above (this come from my many years as a retail manager); however, you still don't seem to understand how to properly respond to complaints. "Ok Here is Our Response.........Not going to Happen.. OK?".....Are you kidding me?

Don't forget, I'm not the one making these threads. I have never made any angry thread against Strafe. You seem to be doing pretty well at creating dissatisfied customers yourself. I only post my thoughts once I see these threads pop up

As usual, I bid you a good day sir until the next thread pops up in a few weeks.
