They just resell from VIS. They have submitted (and modified) molds to VIS to make bumpers for them tho.

I've had the opportunity to "get into it" with both Dustin and Lawrence, always about the same topic, and all while never being a customer

When they hate (or just don't like) you, you will get a lot of immaturity.

 

danny the "clean up" was a little bit random considering i haven't opened my mouth at all about these dudes.

 

There shouldn't have been a clean up, simple as that. Much more important thing around here to "clean up" if that's what people wanna start doing.

 

1) Strafe never made their own stuff. They're middle men between the manufacturer/other sellers and you the buyer

2) I think the mods have been handling this thread very well. If this happened a few months ago it would have been locked after a few hours. There is no controversy about anything when they're clearly just deleting random off topic pics of mythical creatures

 

 

I swear, this whole drama with Strafe reminds me of Korea. So we got North Korea (Strafe), and then we got South Korea (Everyone else).

IMO there will NEVER be peace.

Not exactly sure why anyone cares that there pic was deleted... There are a thousand other threads where you can go off topic. If we want threads to exist that provide factual experience with a vendor like this they need to remain on topic.

Perfect example a new member finds this thread in 2 years and has to sift 30 pics of crap to get the true info, what is the point of keeping that thread. This thread will stay and serve its purpose to inform people of the situation.

I am not going to sweep anything under the rug / and if anyone has a problem with how I cleaned up this thread feel free to take it to a pm.

Guys, srsly... the "clean up" by Danny is a good thing. Keeps this thread focused and uncluttered, as it should be.

If you want to know what was deleted, I'll tell you, because I checked... go google "shark banana" "charlie the unicorn" and then add in a bunch of this: "LOL "
.... yeah, nothing tangible or important, just a bunch of silly crap that doesn't make a hill of beans of difference.

If you guys want to comment on the actual situation at hand, go right ahead... because thus far, nothing to do with the actual topic of discussion has been removed or edited by a mod or admin.


And on that note, I'd also like to echo what others have already said, major props to Rare JDM and Sean, for stepping up to try and make something right that wasn't even their problem to deal with.
When people go out of their way to do something nice like that, it really reflects well on them.
