Hats off to Phil @ Grubbs
Needed a part STAT, and it was a tall order with the holiday weekend.
Phil made it happen, and even knocked off a few buck since Saturday shipping is stupid expensive.
Then it got interesting...he shipped it sig required....but nobody was going to be home all day.
Got him on the horn with FedEx and he placed many phone calls to to get them to redeliver it.
I was pretty much f'd w/o it.....I had traveled 300 miles for the holiday and had my car in the body shop to get it repaired over the weekend....no part....would have meant I wouldn't be back home right now.
Guys, if you haven't done business with Grubbs I highly recommend you give them a shot. You don't find this kind of service from a small business or etailer these days.

that was definitely not the EASY PEASY transaction we usually have, that one took some begging and pleading with Fed Ex and some pretty pleases too I think on a holiday weekend (saturday) I was not sure it was going to have a happy ending! I am glad we got it done for ya! thanks for the kind words everyone!
