STRAFE:another bad experience
Why does everything have to be so secretive? Either you honor/have a warranty or you don't. It's a simple question, no reason it can't be addressed right here right now...
there is no shame in giving someone a second chance at all...but everything needs to be straight up and the truth..not bullshit sneaky little games, which it sure looks like..either way doesnt matter ill never deal with him or them again, would never consider it..I just feel its not right to rip people off and not do right by the customer and im glad this grabbed the attention of alot of people who now know better...You should not have to "roll the dice" on a company when you order something
To quote him, "Manufacturer warranty still exist for any manufacturers defect on the headlights. We only uphold manufacturer warranty. "

Here is what I believe to be a more accurate version of what's occurred, especially given the registration info recently posted:
It's obvious that Lawrence is bad for business, but you two are business partners.
The Strafe name is ruined.
Let's have Law "step away" from the business and just make him a silent partner. He'll still handle orders and such, but either under an altogether new name, or just Dustin's. We'll also pull a one-two combo and tie a new business in to this "stepping away."
Blunder Number 1 is made and Lawrence registers the website for the new business name.
People figure this out. Speculation grows.
In an attempt to respond to questions in this thread (something quite atypical of Dustin up until this point), Lawrence (obviously operating under Dustin's user account) posts up that the person with the question should email Dustin. Blunder Number 2.
Quickly realizing the mistake that's been made, Lawrence/Dustin responds that they didn't just want to come out and say who it was... although two days ago they were more than happy to say in every thread that the "KEEP H8N" account was Dustin.
They're now forced to roll with this weird "third person referring" explanation in hopes of not completely blowing their cover (even though serious and pretty much irreparable damage has already been sustained).
Took me a while to look past all the bullshit, but seriously a high schooler could pull off a better ruse.
To be frank, I'm all for second chances... when deserved.
It becomes more obvious by the hour, however, that the Strafe boys are up to the same old hijinks.

I'm a believer in 2nd chances. I hope that he fixes any past and current issues in good faith and can bring up his own reputation dragged down by his partner. Hopefully he can build a trust that strongly represents his company and his own integrity. Customer always comes first. Sometimes you must bend even when the customer is wrong. Use your judgement in your future endeavors. Blows like this come with with a lesson. You know what that is. It will take time.
